Welcome to Cade. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cade: Interaction Checker mobile application (the "App") operated by Cade ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of another person (such as a family member), you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
Cade is a health information application that allows you to scan product barcodes and labels, analyze ingredients, check for potential drug interactions, and receive AI-powered health insights. The App provides general health and wellness information for educational and informational purposes only.

The information provided by Cade, including but not limited to drug interaction alerts, nutritional analysis, health condition warnings, and AI-generated insights, is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.
In case of a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services (911 in the United States) immediately. Cade is not designed for use in emergency situations.
Cade offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features are available through monthly ($14.99/month), annual ($79.99/year), or lifetime ($149.99 one-time) subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Free users may perform up to 3 product scans. After the scan limit is reached, a premium subscription is required for continued scanning access. The peptide library and basic app features remain accessible without a subscription.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to the App (such as health profile data and scan history). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We do not claim ownership of your health data.
While we strive to provide accurate information, we rely on third-party medical databases that may contain errors or omissions. Product formulations change, new research emerges, and databases are updated periodically. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information provided through the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CADE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cade and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your data at any time through the Settings screen.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
